  1. AK Good work ahead. Have fun cutting, sounds like you will be busy for a while.
  2. Very nice wedding gift. I'm sure they will enjoy them for quite a whille.
  3. Looks good. Was wondering what they looked like cut.
  4. Nice work, thanks for sharing.
  5. I make my own frames. Depends on the project as to how deep. You can stain them to enhance the project or install glass. Most are deep enough to give it the "shadow box" look. Works good for me.
  6. I just finished up 4 tonight. SO that brings active projects down to about 4 left to complete. I will start and finish a project if itis a custom order and rather large. But my normal is between 5 and 9 running at a time.
  7. Nice work, great outcome. Should be a fine home for some flowers.
  8. Nice work, like the font too.
  9. I don't have any allergies, but the wife suffers from asthma. I lay down 3m blue painters tape then spray the pattern with #77. Tape lifts off nicely. Before the 3m #77 I used krylon tack spray. Did not do a bad job, but you have to watch while cutting. I had a few patterns lift on me. Never happened with #77.
  10. I just delivered a piece to The Sheep program. It is for thier fund raising dinner to help support them. This is actually a yearly thing for me. They are affiliated with a local church that supplys free medical and some medicines to patients, free to the patients. This is what I delivered this evening to them. They should a nice price for it on a silent auction.

  21. I have enough of them and thin them out evrey year.
  22. I use minwax furniture paste polish. I do it as needed so things slide smoothly.
  23. Nice links thanks for sharing. I have written Rick a time or two. He was always eager to help and took the time to explain things clearly. Just a great guy all around. Would love to meet in person.
  24. I drill all the holes before I start. There are times you have to clear out some of saw dust from them though. I also mounted a double bulb T5 light above my saw. It's bright enough to shine through the little holes and help you find them.
