Thanks Randy
Being the Grandfather of a special child that really looks great. You are right sometimes it takes looking at them in the right light. Excellent job as always.

You guys may already know this so sorry if this is not new. Keep in mind I have been out of action for over 10 years.
I have found a new to me sandpaper that is great. It is made from what appears to be Film. You know the stuff that we put into cameras many years ago to make pictures. :D
This stuff lasts for ever and produces an almost glass smooth finish in no time. I used 1 -1/4 sheet piece on my Dewalt to sand the whole cradle that I posted earlier and it is still going strong. Picked it up at Lowes.
Pictures attached.

Have you ever considered using Copper roof flashing? It would be close to the thickness of a penny, could be cut to any diameter and should be available at any higher end building supply or roofing company. Would be a little more expensive. Just a thought.
Safe travels. Hope your Mom is better. I know what it's like to deal with an 82 years young Mom that still want's to think she is 50. Happy new years to you and yours. If you get a few minutes run out to London and see if Dog patch and the Little Abner trading post is still there.
Wow I really like that. That Oak really sets it off, but everything is better in oak. At least I think so. Great pattern Neptune, I will have to try that one
Those are so cool. That would be good for my 10 year old alcoholic nephew, OK just kidding!!!! Those are really nice I will have to try a few. Thanks for the idea.
