  6. I recently got a ex 21 also and had the same problem with little pieces getting stuck under neath. When I looked under I saw this film and removed it. Much better now. I'm getting ready to hook up my box fan I just got two days ago. Should help.

  8. Thanks Dave. I'll check into them.
  9. Thanks Dave. I would of never thought of doing a 2 1/2 angle. Is that what makes it a tighter fit.
  10. I don't know about that Dave. It looks complicated to me. What software do you use.
  11. Kevin, try a # 9 or 12 blade. I cut some cedar ornaments with a #12 and it wasn't to bad. Might work on the birdhouses to.
  12. Welcome to the village. You have a hawk that's still in the box. Good find. Take a pic of it and put it on here. Good luck scrolling.
  13. Dave, you are the man. I see a little dust build up on that DeWalt.LOL. I would love a pattern like that of me for my workshop but I don't know how to do patterns. I have the same DeWalt that you have, plus an Excalibur 21.
  14. Nice Steve. My Granddaughter would love something like that. She loves cats.
  15. Dave, I love how you do your inlay. Very tight. Are you cutting twp pieces of wood together when you do that.
  16. Looking good fish. I love the tree. Looks hard to do.
  17. Kevin, looking good. What type of wood are you using. Looks like B/B. Are you going to do those all natural or paint some. A little tip if your going to paint some. I would paint all the birds different colors and then paint some of the houses that have the roof on them and match the color to that. Leave the bottom part natural and dip the whole birdhouse in a can of poly. About 3 coats should do it. Glue the bird on after you paint it.
  18. Chris, another question for you. I'm looking at your picture and wondering how did you get the small pieces of the face cut out. I don't see ant drill holes. Did you cut those out like a puzzle piece and then glue them back in.
  19. That's good Len, if I keep it any longer I might use it for fire wood. LOL.
  20. Well thanks again for all the advice. I ordered my box fan yesterday from amazon. I love the video of the wood stand but I don't know if I want to go through that trouble. I see how it goes once I start using it.
  21. Thanks Chris. That's a good idea.
  22. I like all your ideas. The box frame and the pic along the top and bottom. I'm in my garage and no windows. How close to you do you have to put the fan.
  23. Chris , how did you get it into the wood . Is it cut into it.
  24. That looks good Dick. I better not show my Granddaughter that. She'll want me to make one for her. She loves cats.
  25. Thanks guys, I'll have to give that a try.
