Nice cutting Jim. I like cedar to. I'm doing a lot of compound cutting out of cedar. Yours came out good though. Don't you just hate it when a small piece will breat when your almost done. Glad you were able to fix it.
I recently got a ex 21 also and had the same problem with little pieces getting stuck under neath. When I looked under I saw this film and removed it. Much better now. I'm getting ready to hook up my box fan I just got two days ago. Should help.
Dave, you are the man. I see a little dust build up on that DeWalt.LOL. I would love a pattern like that of me for my workshop but I don't know how to do patterns. I have the same DeWalt that you have, plus an Excalibur 21.
Kevin, looking good. What type of wood are you using. Looks like B/B. Are you going to do those all natural or paint some. A little tip if your going to paint some. I would paint all the birds different colors and then paint some of the houses that have the roof on them and match the color to that. Leave the bottom part natural and dip the whole birdhouse in a can of poly. About 3 coats should do it. Glue the bird on after you paint it.
Chris, another question for you. I'm looking at your picture and wondering how did you get the small pieces of the face cut out. I don't see ant drill holes. Did you cut those out like a puzzle piece and then glue them back in.
Well thanks again for all the advice. I ordered my box fan yesterday from amazon. I love the video of the wood stand but I don't know if I want to go through that trouble. I see how it goes once I start using it.
I like all your ideas. The box frame and the pic along the top and bottom. I'm in my garage and no windows. How close to you do you have to put the fan.
