  1. Those look great as usual. I'm surprised you don't have trouble using a #1 blade. I think I would get a lot of wandering with such a small blade.
  2. Those look great. Love the way you did the frames.
  3. Good luck Iggy on your shows. I'm sure you'll do great .
  4. Great job Paul. I made a couple of those to but I didn't do as much to it as you did. I like it with the lights.
  5. You did a great job on that Dick. I know that grill had to be fun to do.
  6. Those look great.
  7. Nice and simple. Looks great.
  8. Great job on that. I like it.
  9. They look great pete. I also love the tisue box. I might have to get that pattern.
  10. Dave, that came out beautiful. I made the same box from Steve's pattern but it sure doesn't look like that. I wish I was better at inlay.
  11. Yea, I'm waiting to hear back from them. I have to really tighten the thumb screw to hold the blade in. If I don't tighten it enough, that's when it slips and the lever pops up.
  12. Maybe I'll try a new know on mine and see what happens. Could be the problem. I shouldn't have to tighten that knob as tight as i have to. That seems to be what's slipping.
  13. Heard back from Bearwood today. They said the set screws might have to be adjusted when you first install it which I did. I lined up a piece of wood with a straight line and placed it behind the blade and adjusted the set screws. Everything is straight. It's only the top blade that keeps popping out which is causing the lever to pop up. I really have to tighten the knob down pretty tight to keep it from coming loose. I wrote back to them and told them what it was doing so I'll see what happens. I think I might have a bad set screw on top maybe.
  14. Thanks Paul, I just sent Bearwood a message about it. I'll see if they get back to me.
  15. Yes, I only push it a little past 12, not all the way but it still does it. Sometimes the blade will pop out to.
  16. Hi everyone, I installed one of those new Pegas replacement chucks from Bearwood for my ex 21 saw about two months ago but I'm having trouble with the tension lever popping up a lot while i'm cutting. Is anyone else having the same problem and how do you fix it. Thanks, Ralph
