  1. Well done for fixing it. I guess it was corrupted in some way. By the way there is an Inkscape users forum here http://www.inkscapeforum.com/ which you might find useful. Rob
  2. Hi Falcon. I have that font installed and working in Inkscape so it should work. I'm not sure why it doesn't appear for you but I wonder if there is a limit on the number of fonts Inkscape can handle? Can you try installing another font and see what happens? Just a suggestion to try, Rob
  3. Those are excellent but look quite fragile in places. I would be interested to know if you glue them to the backer? I have not tried that type of scrolling yet but must give it a go soon. Thanks, Rob
  4. That is a great design and beautifully cut too. You are obviously both very talented. Rob
  5. Wow, you only asked for the pattern yesterday and here it is not just cut but framed too! It also looks great I might add. Rob
  6. The Christmas decorations are excellent and marketing via the florist is a great idea. It should generate a lot of orders. Rob
  7. Wow that is really great. Rob
  8. Very cool Gator. Did you come up with the design? Rob
  9. These are my first attempts at trivets: Designed by BobScroll Thanks Bob, Rob
  10. I wish I could paint like that. My attempts have been much worse... Rob
  11. That is cute. It will make a great house warming present. Rob
  12. Beautifully cut. Are you sure it isn't a falcon? Rob
  13. That's a great looking truck and the working crane arm is fantastic. Rob
  14. Those look great. The first one is my favourite. Rob

    Excellent!
  16. Hi Muzz, Welcome to the village. I am Rob from New Zealand and also own a Delta Q3. Great to have you on board and looking forward to seeing that Dalek in due course! Rob
  17. Merlin, I might be interested in buying some of those wheels from you if they suit my needs and you wanted to recover some of your outlay. Rob
  18. I haven't tried that particular brand but I didn't like using a hole saw for wheels when I tried it. Unfortunately I have not yet found anywhere in New Zealand that stocks ready made wheels. You can easily get them from E-bay but shipping is expensive at around $30. My plan is to try and find a supplier in China where most are likely made anyway but the minimum order quantity may be too high. If you do find a supplier in NZ Merlin, or indeed any good suppliers of scrolling related stuff etc, I would be very interested in their details. Thanks, Rob
  19. Another vote for the black background from me. I really like the mountains too, they are great. Rob
  20. Or get Marge to make it! Rob
  21. Fabulous. Really beautiful.
  22. Those are a great idea and adding personalisation is a stroke of genius. I hope they sell really well for you. Rob
  23. Hi crazycrafter. I love my sanding mop. It is great for quickly softening the edges of the puzzles I make. I made mine from a bolt with the head cut off and a couple of washers and lock nuts and strips of inch wide cloth backed abrasive. Rob
  24. Absolutely Larry. Wychwood is one of my favourite real ales hence my avatar. There are some good beers in New Zealand but I still miss a good old English pub. Rob
