  22. Thank everyone for the response. Ray your post is very insightful as I too am old, half a century two lustrums( Rooster Cogburn fan) and four years. On things where I can afford them I prefer new. With that I went and ordered the BM-20 and a few parts that see wear and tear such as the wedge pivot and nylon washer. I added the Performance package which includes Accessory Table, Mag Light, Foot Switch, and (2) Lower blade holders. The customer service was excellent. I sent an email Wednesday morning and had a response within a couple hours. Did the same thing in the afternoon had a response Thursday am. Called Thursday afternoon got right thru to Hope a very knowledgeable lady. She had no trouble with my questions or finding part numbers. Half and hour latter my Hawk is ordered. Delivery should be 4 weeks according to BN. I know that the way things are now (completely 7 letters) that it takes time. Overall I am pleased with my Bushton Manufacturing experience. Thank you Mark
  23. Kevin and Ray I appreciate the honest input. I will keep you posted Thank you Mark
  24. I am seriously looking at the BM20 and have been in contact with Bushton thru email since Wednesday September 29 2021. I had a couple of questions I needed answered and had a quick reply. There seems to be ALOT of negative comments here. So should I wait or proceed ? Thank you BUY AMERICAN Mark
  25. Everyone here does!! They all seem inexpensive I will have to get a couple of each to find out which works best for me.
