  3. Great pattern and cutting!
  4. I have been wondering where you have been. Glad you are back at it. Nice job!
  5. My grand daughters are nuts about cats so I made this cap rack especially for one of them. Simple design but she loves it. I counter sunk holes behind the outside hooks to mount it to the wall.
  6. Super cutting and pattern.
  7. Nice job Jerry! Why did you use wood that was sooo thin? Nice to see your work.
  8. Jerry, Love the story and love seeing your work.
  9. That is a great job Jim.

  18. Super job Rob! I would have expected that they would take much more time than that.
  19. Another super pattern and cutting!
  20. Paul, I totally agree on the wood but............I had a customer bring a plaque back to me a couple of weeks ago that they had bought from me a year ago. They said it was on their porch out of the weather and it really looked bad. I was new at this hobby at the time and I really don't know what I finished it with. This sign is going to be up on a tree as you drive down the lane to his campsite. I didn't think anyone would be up close to inspect it..................just thought I would try something different.
  21. I really didn't make myself clear. The piece I cut was 3/4" and my backer was 2/4". It wasn't terrible to cut.
  22. Happy anniversary. You sure have been busy. Great job!
  23. I must say that you are a master at colorful pretty signs.
  24. Doesn't seem dusty. The dust from cutting is very coarse.
  25. I made this plaque out of a composite decking material so that it will hold up well outside in the elements. I bought it at Lowe's which stocks it in 1"x12"x96". I used a piece of the same material for the backer. It ended up thick and heavy. I was afraid if I planed it it would dull my blades. I am pleased with the outcome. It is hard on scroll saw blades..
