  12. Nathan, I use maple, birch and oak 1/4" MDF plywood. I was using 1/2" Baltic Birch for the backer and I recently switched to MDF. The edges are a pain to finish but it is a lot cheaper. I do design all my sport patterns myself using Inkscape. I am always happy to share. My patterns are never good enough to post because I make adjustments with a pencil before I cut them. dave
  13. Edward, I put a saw tooth hanger on everything I make. I use a paper clip opened up to hook them to the shelving wire. dave
  14. Thank you so much for all the nice comments. dave
  15. I sure appreciate all the comments. dave
  16. Len, The tables are mine. dave
  17. Randy, I figured my Dewalt vibrated way too much to do something that delicate. dave
  18. Thanks for your help guys.Being this saw is supposed to have a year warranty do you think I should work on it myself? I hate to part with it for a month by sending it to a service center. dave
  19. That is totally crazy good. I can't imagine trying to do something like that with my Dewalt. dave
  20. I am a newbie at setting up at shows so I am learning as I go. I made some displays for my plaques this week. I am using shelving that I bought at a big box store and am putting them together with zip ties. With my projects being displayed better today I more than doubled my sales. dave
  21. I do a local farmers market with no insurance. I am new at this gig so I rally don't know much about it. dave
  22. Old dust. The house divided plaque I sell for $25. Must be a bit cheap because I sell them out every week. I stack cut three at a time. I would rather move them at a good price than have them set. dave
  23. Ralph, I'm really not a sports enthusiast but I love to scroll. It seems to me that in this area sports is something people will spend money on. I went to a local garden center and there was all kinds of stuff with team logos on. dave
  24. Very nice job. dave
  25. I have a Dewalt that is about six months old. I work it about six hours a day. Every once in a while it sounds like a rod knocking in the lower part of the saw. It will do it for a few seconds and then quit. Has anyone had experience with any noise like this. dave
