  10. Yes, I run the bottom over the roller. If there are large voids, I fill in the spaces with the fall outs. I use 220 grit.

  17. A project finished yesterday, June 10th. The pattern is by Sam Custodio. I used 1/2" Bloodwood and backed with Baltic Birch plywood stained with Saman Azure. It is approximately 6" x 16". I used FD Polar #1 and New Spiral #5 blades. The finish is spray Shellac. Comments welcome.

  22. Last week I posted a Basket Star. In the process, three rings are set aside. My wife had the idea of making this tray with the leftovers. Comments welcome.
  23. As a frame shop owner, we have a product called "Museum Glass". It look as if there is no glass at all, but very expensive.

  25. Not a difficult project Ralph. Give it a try. One change that was suggested, make the top lip from solid hardwood.
