  1. A wonderful job of cutting. As a framer, that is a professional framed project.
  2. That is a beauty both car and cutting. I guess I can dream as I drive my F150.
  3. A very beautiful box, Frank. I really like your explanation of the construction. Red Oak was perfect for this one.
  4. Very well done both in cutting and framing.
  5. I didn't look, but does it take pinless blades?
  6. Welcome to the Village forum from TN.
  7. Those look great, Frank. Everyone will be thrilled!
  8. That is really super.
  9. I sell repackaged dozen packs at the gross price ( not on the website). For example a gross of MGT blades are $35 per pack. My repackaged dozen pack is $2.92 or just under 25 cents. No minimum and shipping is $3.50. If you order $35 or more, shipping is free. If interested, email me at [email protected].
  10. I know others talked about this, but I wonder why when blades are less than 25 cents.
  11. Even here in TN it is hot in the garage. We bought a portable A/C on wheels. Cools off the garage nicely. Now I have the Pegas in the store, so no problem with A/C now.
  12. That sure looks good. The choice of woods was right on. Cutting small letters is a real challenge.
  13. Dick, you are a winner with that one. I like the idea of the riser. Nice framing too.
  14. My goodness, what a change in five years. Congrats on all your success.
  15. Sorry about the confusion, Tom. ArtCrafters is also a custom framing store and we use them in framing. If interested, send me a PM.
  16. We have a product called "Wall Buddies". Perfect for this application.
  17. I print my patterns on full sheet labels. Extremely sticky, so I also use painters tape.
  18. Yes, there is a specific mounting orientation. The blade faces to the front of the saw and the teeth pointing down. It is sometimes hard to tell the direction of the teeth. Run your finger along the blade. Rough side up so the teeth are pointing down.
  19. Yes, the Pegas Super Skip will work. If you would like to try some samples. Send me a P M. We, ArtCrafters, sell Pegas.
  20. Thanks. Yes, that is the book. Jacob is one of my favorite designers. I made eight from that book.
  21. Again, thanks for all the nice comments. Yes, those are frets. Actually 122. This one took a lot of time.
  22. Thanks everyone for the nice comments
  23. Perched Bald Eagle. The pattern is by Jacob Fowler and found in the book Woodworkers Pattern Book. It is made from 1/2" solid Walnut with a 3/4" solid Walnut base and stands 15 1/2" tall.. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #1R MGT blades. Dipped in Shellac diluted 50% with Denatured Alcohol and twp coats MinWax spray Lacquer Clear Satin. Sanding with a Mac Mop between coats. Comments welcome.
  24. Welcome to the Village forum from Tennessee.
  25. Glad you like the new saw. Yes it takes a little time to get used to the workings. The letters turned out great. Nice clean cuts.
