  3. Nice Job and I am sure your Daughter in Law will love having it. Thanks for sharing.
  4. I agree Dick. I find it much easier to cut the Intarsia pieces then do all the small holes and small cuts in scrolling and I haven't done anything big yet! Nice job on this project. Your friend will love it and his friends who are receiving will too. Thanks for sharing your pattern for others to use.
  5. Very nice Dan. I have a similar side table that had belonged to my grandparents at one time. Had never wondered if it had been made by someone. Will have to check it out and see if I can see. Thanks for sharing.

  8. Well, I'm in the same boat on both counts. However, that said, I did look it up! Excellent work on the pattern by Don and Denny in the cutting and the framing. Thanks for sharing.
  9. Great first project. Beautiful cross. Keep up the work as everyone says - practice is the key. I need to find more time to practice!
  10. I am sorry to hear of your diagnosis Hans. My prayers for you as you fight this battle. I lost my father to lung cancer 27 years ago this past week. I know it depends on the type and more as to how they treat it. I also know that treatments have come a long way in those 27 years so I pray that you can find good doctors and wonderful health care providers to help you in your fight for your life. Please do keep us updated on your progress and here's hoping that you can get back to that scroll saw soon to cut all those patterns waiting for you!
  11. Wanted to say welcome to the Village from another Tennessean. Glad to have you hear. Look forward to seeing more of your work. Nice job with the parrot.

Going to the Doctors is never any fun. hope the Chiropractor has been able to help with your back. Good luck with your show this weekend. Nice Spring weather will hopefully bring the folks out and ready to spend some $.

  18. Nice job. Thanks for sharing. I always love the Indian work you all cut out. Always seems to show the peaceful serene side. Maybe its the Indian blood I am suppose to have some small portion of.

  20. Congratulations and well deserved. I love to see beautiful cutting boards such as these. Thanks for sharing.
  21. No offense taken Roly. As you say, you do what the customer wants. However, I might suggest that you make the second male version to sell to his significant other (although with that attitude I seriously doubt that he has one! )
  22. Nice work on creating your pattern from the Album and then fine cutting as well. Thanks for sharing.
  23. Beautiful boxes Jim. I can imagine that they were a good seller for you. When you say you are still looking for more ideas and things to do - is that ideas for things besides these boxes, or other ideas for the boxes like maybe a dogwood tree blossom? Thanks for sharing. I love these boxes and maybe one day can try something like it.
