  1. I am with a Wayne, if they used your credit card information, it has nothing to do with your Square account. Somebody does have your credit card information and you need to cancel that card and get a new one. Believe me, I know what a pain it is. I have had to do it too many times in the past few years. You seldom figure out how they get your card information. Too many data breaches, ways to read a card from your pocket, etc. they often do a small purchase to confirm its a valid card, then hit it up big later, for your security, please, please, please, get a new card. You don’t want your credit messed up, or your credit card company holding you at fault for knowing it has been compromised and not getting a new one to replace it.
  2. Since Scott, Iggy, is tied up doing his show, I will give an answer for him so you need not wait. Most all of Scott’s patterns are created by Harvey Bylar. Scott has gotten Harvey to do some designs beyond the dogs and such. While Scott cuts and sells the various puzzles, he also has a place on his website thst you can purchase the actual patterns from. Most all of the money from the pattern sales goes directly back to Harvey, not to Scott. You can find the patterns on Scott’s site here: https://woodcraftbyscott.com/collections/scroll-saw-patterns (for the unicorn and dragon patterns, look in the subsection of mythical creatures.)
  3. Good luck Iggy. Is tomorrow's event an indoor event? Our weather here in East TN has been rain all day today, and its bringing in a cold front with a freeze warning for the next tonight and tomorrow night. Suppose to be pretty "chilly" for the day tomorrow and getting colder throughout the day I believe. I think the high's suppose to be in the mid 40's maybe. Hope yours is better.
  4. Beautiful job and what with Christmas coming - maybe finding the photo was a "prompt" to make her that new one she needs since this one is now overflowing. As far as that missing pattern, if you are like me, you have so much to search through that you probably just haven't dug deep enough. I usually find whatever I am looking for after I buy the replacement.
  5. More beautiful boxes you have crafted. Thanks for showing.
  6. I agee, nice work. Len, it's nice to see you posting here in the village. I've missed you over here!
  7. Always good to earn Brownie Points with the wife. These should earn you lots. Remember, Christmas is coming soon so be sure to keep some of the small things like this to put in her stocking as stocking stuffers. That will get you extra brownie points (especially if like me, she usually is the one that does the stocking stuffers and thus her's doesn't get much! )
  8. Welcome back to the village. Look forward to your participation.
  9. I need to set down and figure out which ones I have made in the past two days to send you. Come on, 5 more folks and we can get to Travis' wish of 10 and thus 50 new ornaments. They don't have to be a lot of detail, need those for beginners too.
  10. Thanks for sharing that chart Bill. I have printed it out, will laminate it and hang it next to our drill press for my use.
  11. Look great, finished or not. thanks for sharing.
  12. Thanks for letting us know where to find the tree patterns. I will have to look for them but I am sure, even if I attempt them, they won't look as good as your's. Looks like you can give Amazing Kevin a run on the lettering. Look great. Thanks for showing.
  13. Very nice. I too like the addition. You could also add a clock in the middle. Thanks for sharing.
  14. That looks really nice Ray. I am sure it will really pop when you have a finish on it. Thanks for sharing.
  15. Charlie - go to the download link I provided on the magazine's website and download them for free and make them for them for next year.
  16. Beautiful piece. I am sure your daughter will love it. Thanks for sharing the tip on finishing. Like Lawson, I have used a pan or dish usually, will have to try the bag sometime.
  17. Congratulations Join m. Glad things went well for you. There was a recent discussion here I seem to recall about someone else being asked to sell “wholesale”. The general consensus was I think that most people would say this is my price. You may elect to mark it up to put in your shop if you wish. Most scrollers usually are selling pretty low priced for the work anyway. You could also offer a small percentage discount for “quantity” orders she places and takes at once. Just some food for thought. Thanks for sharing.
  18. Kiddos to hubby for noticing and working out a way to help you. Sounds like he is a keeper.
  19. Nice work Les. I have an aunt who loves racoons. I have considered making that one for her. Thanks for sharing.
