  1. Great cutting on nice patterns!
  2. That is wonderful and I love cats.
  3. That looks great! There is a large thrift store near me. I like to stop in every once in a while.
  4. Great looking basket. Well worth the effort!
  5. Wonderful idea!
  6. Welcome to the Village from an old model railroader. Started with HO Standard, then N scale. Then to HOn3 then On3 and back to HOn3. Done them all except the LGB or 223 scale. Unfortunately I no longer have the dexterity to do so. But no trouble scrolling. You will love it! Lot's of great people here for you to meet.
  7. I thought the Bauer line was at the top but I'm not sure. I have not payed attention even though I'm in the a couple of times a week. The DeWalt needs to last as long as possible. I also have a corded Craftsman and Old Skill drill. The cords can be a nuisance but the drills are brutes.
  8. Both my 21 gallon and 3 gallon pancake and a 6 gallon have drain cocks. I see them but never use them. If they rust out it will be long after I'm gone. That being said, when I had my business I had a huge compressor. Don't recall the gallons or brand but it was driven with three belts. Had lots of equipment running on it and it was drained every end of day.
  9. My 18V DeWalt has been OK. But for the amateur use it's had the chuck is very rough. Feels like it's grinding. I have a HF 10 minutes from me and when I'm ready I will check out their Bauer line.
  10. Please accept my apology! That is the second error I made in giving credit! Guess I need to stop posting if I can't get it right.
  11. Is that Oak? It looks great!
  12. Those indeed look good. When you say polycarbonate do you mean plexiglass, Lexan or what? I really don't know the difference between those.
  13. Great cutting of a wonderful pattern.
  14. I never deflate mine. Also, I would NEVER, NEVER leave it powered up. If it has an on/off switch leave it plugged in but turned off. A good friend left the compressor in the on position allowing it to turn off and on automatically at night. It caused his shop to burn down. If the compressor is in good condition and does not leak air that would not happen as there would be no need to recycle. But I don't take chances.
  15. Looks great! What is the wood?
  16. The pattern, cutting and painting come together beautifully!
  17. That's beautiful!
  18. Good to know you are on the mend and back at the saw. Your work looks great! After cutting something that takes a little time and effort I pick something simple to cut before starting what I would call a project. Just to enjoy the hum of the saw.
  19. And she did very well!
  20. Good to hear you are recuperating and getting back to the saw!
  21. Makes sense to me!
  22. Great portraits.
  23. Very nice horse but what a beautiful young lady! I'm 80 but I could not give up the horse just because it is reminder of jpy that it brought her. I'd probably take it to the nursing home with me. You made a beautiful horse but an even more beautiful granddaughter. You are blessed!
  24. Very nice piece. How did you cut the slate? That's stone is it not?
  25. Looks great! I'm sure you are!
