    I cut this pattern and used it for a #5 Pegas MG test. I had purchased the Pegas blades when I first started scrolling. I knew nothing about blades so I just picked up some Olsen blades as well as a dozen Pegas blades from Woodcraft. I tried the Pegas and did not like them as I thought they were too aggressive. I did not think I could control them. About two years later I had two blades left and tried them on this pattern. Having scrolled for some time they no longer seemed too aggressive. I found that they did not tend to wander off the pattern line. They worked very well on straight cuts. I'm sold. Last evening I ordered a gross including #'s 3, 5, 7, 9 blades. cutting is yet to receive a finish.

    It's a shame to loose a member, not only a member but one who is so accomplished. His work is something to be enjoyed. Especially for me as I shall never attain to his level of craftsmanship. I hope you will come back. Many here will appreciate it.

    Ray, you have a serious problem. If you were to upgrade to more sophisticated tools as I have, namely my glue booth and paint booth, you could eliminate many of your problems. Sophistication is my middle name.

    I wonder why there are so many Dewalt or Delta scroll saws.They seem to be problematic and appear to wear out quickly under very heavy use. Not knocking them, just wondering. Perhaps they perform well or price point? Both?

    Welcome to the Village Toby. I'm a hobby machinist and have been for a long time the the scrolling has pushed aside a little. Still like making chips but love making sawdust! You've come to a very helpful place. Come on and join in.

    Having owned a commercial printing plant I would not print business cards. I ordered from Vistaprint hundreds of times. For everyone in the plant and all sales eople. Never had a bad order. I will be very surprised if they do not make good for you.
