  3. Well that old saying comes to mind.. the longest journey begins with the first step so far it looks like a journey worth starting.. I'll be looking forward to the pictures .
  4. FANTASTIC was my first thought.. and after a second look I need a stronger word ! That has got to be a lot of work.
  5. WOW !!!!! THAT IS GREAT WORK
  6. There all good, BUT I GOT TO FIND THAT DOCTOR 😂😂😂
  7. You need a magic wand to turn out all that and have each one looking great..shop looks good also
  8. Short post.....DITTO TO ALL ABOVE
  9. Quickies ? Quickies ? Somewhere in the back of my mind😴 But you can't be talking about the signs, that kind of work takes effort. They look great !
  10. Very nice work. Really a labor of love, and yes they do grow way to fast.
  11. Stick to scrolling IT'S SAFER.
  12. Didn't mean to wip up a hornets nest ( or did I )... But i am reading and still thinking, as far as longevity well that's for someone under 70, and i saw 70 in the rear view mirror a few years back :-(
  13. No that's enough you got me ROTFL ,SCNR TYVM
  14. Put your equipment back In order and forget it if your human you have a bad day now and then .... Things just conspired against you. When you stop getting mad at yourself THEN your getting old😯
  15. Delta 40-694 or DeWalt 788 I have a warranty shop near me for both..Parts seem to be available for both ....the reviews say there the same.... Delta 5 year warranty QUESTION--- Is the DeWalt worth 80 dollars more, and if so why
  16. I guess I should........but I don't.. DRS ?
  17. One night while sawing I stopped lean back and rest my eyes fell fast asleep, I woke 1/2 hour later with dreams of a waterfall still fresh, in fact I could still hear the water . My saw was running. Seems my foot moved the dead man switch under a shelf ! Or the time a blade broke and the bottom holder pops up .... 2 hours looking ( sure I had more I wanted that one), next day with holder in hand my wife asked why I put this in my coffee cup How about the time I finish cutting a scrip sign ... THEN I see a miss spelled a word Not too funny then but I can laugh at it now I guess we all have stories
  18. Give me some time I might learn how to post pictures.. But really do you need to see another picture of and old man.. well come to think of it I don't see any hereðŸ˜
  19. Real nice works, I agree the colored one stands out, just hope I don't see them in my dreams😨
  20. It's good to be reminded there out there. Most times I play dumb and give them wrong information but I never heard back from any caller except the time I had 9 million waiting in a bank under my name... Never did get to Western Union to wire them the mony for paper work. I feel sooooo bad about that
  21. You did a real nice job on that sign and protected it well. I made a small sign for my shop door years back used treated wood and only paint but mine did not last to long😟
  22. I can't say for sure but there only steel, I leave a garden tool out and it gets rust the next day. Even in a garage Unless your tensioner has gone nuts it sounds like the metal got weak, was the package sealed.
  23. Learning something new everyday.. Think I will get the Delta and a can of yellow paint😉
  24. One other question. I hear a lot about quick blade change but almost nothing about just releasing to rethread ,that would seem more important , or am i missing something
  25. Thanks for the replys they helped, down here I have seen the RBI on Craigslist for 225. And yes I could get one... except after 15 years it's time for something different , don't need longevity I am 74 and sometimes I thing my brain in only ticking at 50 seconds a minute 😥 just looking to pass some time with the only hobby that I truly enjoy, I was hoping to get a saw below a delta.. done a lot of reading don't think so.
