Could be the contrast is giving you the most problem, a different color as noted above, maybe. A softer light blub and (this sounds nuts) get a highlight pen and mark over the black and white were your cutting. Well you did say any ideas. :-)

According to their site ( if I am reading it right) refurbished come with 180 days

Some thoughts on refurbished ? I see a delta manufacturer refurbished That would save me about. $ 90 dollars ...

Very nice, like your magnet idea, do you hook to your foot switch. I never tryed a vac but used a fan & filter probably not as good as a vac. but it helped

I hope you Get better soon , this time when your feeling better give your self more time to heal. Your shop sounds great, if it should prove to be a bit small a concrete pad out front will allow you to roll a bench or power tool outside put-up a cover to keep the sun off it can be enjoyable working in nice weather.... or is it playing 🙌
