  1. Good job Lew - I think you've found your niche! Or at least what you enjoy the most. Thanks for sharing
  2. Nicely done and colorful as well - thanks for sharing
  3. That's a great idea - I've been wrestling with this concept as my cuts get more detailed - whether I should drill them all at once, or just a few at a time? I'm going to try this today, in between finishes I want to cut a new pattern see if I can drill a few and cut, rinse and repeat! Thanks Marg!
  4. Nice job - where did you get the fire engine pattern? Did you make it?
  5. Nice ones! Thanks for sharing them
  6. I had DSL for many many years - unfortunately, AT&T started giving me problems so I switch to cable - I really didn't want to switch but it's the lessor of 2 evils IMO - I can't stand overpriced cable!
  7. Ok, that is just insane! In a good way of course Thanks for sharing
  8. I do similar though I don't have a fireplace to burn kindling
  9. I've had to throw away a few projects I've tried to make and came out terrible. One was an Intarsia Seagull - which I tried to make a segmentation cut and just screwed up the whole thing - none of the pieces fit together - that told me I was nowhere near ready for those types of projects again. Others were some patterns of cars I got here - I can't seem to get some of the lines cut without screwing up the whole thing. So I was wondering if others ever had to throw away projects for whatever reason or this something I should feel "special" about - I sure do feel "special" about it because it's really de-motivating when it happens. Thanks in advance
  10. Wow, I thought I was the only one here who had to throw out my cuts! That's an awesome job! Thanks for sharing it
  11. Nice to see so many people getting back to or getting in to scrolling and coming here to share. Welcome back

  18. I just received my Pegas Modified Geometry Sample pack of blades - 2/0, 1, 3, 5, 7 (missing coming later), 9, 12. Under what circumstances exactly would one use these blades over the Reverse Skip blades I've been using for everything. I'm trying to step outside of my comfort zone hoping to expand my abilities a bit and figured different blades would be a good way to start. Thanks in advance
  19. I looked at the price - $44.00 for 4 issues and thought twice about the purchase :(
  20. That's a great idea! I have a bunch of model trains mags I don't read anymore!
  21. Am I the only one that thinks this makes perfect sense and is an "aha" moment? Good for you and thanks for sharing!
  22. I do? It's a 2 car garage, I get one side and part of the back - I have to move the one car out of the garage whenever I want to saw or paint so it doesn't get ruined.
