I cheat and spray glue directly onto pattern and fix onto wood and then wipe white spirit over it and it falls off.

If all else fails put pdf to jpeg, or whatever the format is that you have, into your search bar and it will come up with a free online converter. That's what I do anyway, works for me. -
WOW ! Some people just plain take advantage.

This was the result of the glue landing on cotton sock after knocking a small bottle over . The reaction was heat and smoke that welded the sock to my foot. Not sure that, even if I had it, acetone would have made a difference .

Thanks Danny. I went looking and also found their Perfect Pen which is absolutely perfect for me. No drips, no clogging and comes out of a very fine point.

Thank you all, I'll take all your comments on board. As I say, I don't use it often, 2yrs on and I still have the scars from this stuff.

Now some of you may remember my run in with CA glue, so it's not my favourite and to be honest I'm a little scared of the stuff. However, at times it is very useful. I use the tiny bottles pictured below but find that the teeny nozzle gets clogged up with dry glue quite badly and I'm never going to take the top off completely ever again so I'm asking to see if anyone knows how to prevent this. I've tried poking it with a saw blade but even that doesn't seem to work very well plus I find I have to put the bottle in a small vice in order to hold it still while I poke.

Me too Dick. I bought this from an American artist and had it shipped over. Never told Tony how much it cost me for the painting + import duty I just had to have it, I thought it was one of the best paintings of a Shepherd pup that I had ever seen.
