Thanks Don, I did start to think why did I start this one !! But as trackman said just one hole at a time,it does not look that many holes when you first look at the pattern but when you start drilling you soon realise how many there is but I am glad I did it ,I think it turned out ok

Hi LarryEA yes it is 1/4inch Baltic birch plywood it actually cut very well only minimal "fuzzy's"on the back, I bought some flat end spiral blades from mikes workshop they are very good !

Just finished this one,can't believe how many holes there were used a #3 and #5 spiral blade with a black mount board backer.

Golden Eagle used a #5 Flying Dutchman spiral took a while but enjoyed cutting this one. just not sure about the dark backer board ,maybe needs to be a lighter board , any thoughts would be appreciated thanks
