  1. Great that you did this for him. KG5MCE
  2. Great job. It is one of my favorite things that I have cut.
  3. Now thats my kind of project. Great job.
  4. This is one of the few projects I have finishing up right now.
  5. Its a great pattern, probably my new favorite, That is 1/2 cabinet grade birch plywood, stained cherry. That is the thinnest and only plywood I use. I refused to even use it for a while since I like solid wood but then cutting some super intricate stuff I found out that it works great and small details don't break off as easy.
  6. The frame is Saw Mill Oak that I got from a friend of mine. I had a bunch of it now it's dwindling down. I am going to get some more of it next time I go to visit him.
  7. This is one of my favorites so far. Its a great pattern.

  12. They are the #SS5-46SPL from lowes. they are 0.026. They are a great blade and cheap at $5.00. I do see why people like the spiral blades, I am still not a huge fan them though. I myself prefer the exact cutting and sharp cuts of a regular blade.
  13. Great job. Those letter are good and sharp. You do very well with lettering!!
  14. Didn't really know where to post this. I was in a 10'x10' shop. I decided to build a 10'x18' off of the back of my camper carport. Once I started that I decided to just attach the 2 together and make the roof line the same. I ended ip with a 10'x32' shop. Once I organized things I wondered how I had all of that in my old space. This has been my last 2 week project.
  15. This is the first project I have completed in my new enlarged shop. Also the first project that I only used spiral blades. Took me 3 to be exact.
  16. The Land & Bison piece is 3/4 Poplar. The reclaimed piece came from an old barn built in the 1890's I have been dwindling down my supply of wood that came from it as well as old tin.
  17. Was asked to make for this company in Colorado. I made the wall plaque and after looking through some of their photos I made the Desk plaque from a photo of the entry way to the ranch.
  18. Great cutting. I like all the sharp corners.
  19. I am going to get a big head over this Bison. I am making a wall sign with this and some lettering for a Bison Ranch out West. (I'm not mentioning that it is one of my Brothers Friends)
  20. It Is 3/4 Poplar. I use a lot of 3/4 stock.
  21. Awesome. I want to try something like that at some point.
  22. I thought I would try this pattern.
  23. Hawk on here had the pattern.
  24. Great Job on that one!
