I always have more than one going, usually at different stages. Right now I am sawing some ornaments, staining some ornaments, prepping wood for 2 new fret work pieces, and putting some finishing touches to a fret work I just completed. I love having lots of projects going. So when I'm ready to get to playing, I have a choice of what I can do that day - what happens to be my mood at the time. Plus I also have some beaded spiders that I need to make for a Holiday shop I am participating in these next 2 months. I see I am not alone...

Thank you. I cut the flower and the larger veining near the flower with a spiral, but switched over to a straight blade for the rest. Not perfect when you give it the "serious eye", but from a viewing distance it all disappears. Nice how that works out. LOL

All cut, now to put a finish on them and attach them to the backer board shown. I have a bit of sanding and contouring to do on the backer. Wanted something different and I think this will look good. Made for a friend of my Dad's.

Took me a while, but added a backer, stained, and clear coat sprayed on (by my husband) and now in a box headed south for my Mom. I love how it turned out!
