  1. Thanks everyone.
  2. All glued together. Top, bottom, sides, then the back and the face. The bottom has the holes cut in it to plug in and for the volume. I counter sunk Real small flat head brass screws to hold the bottom in.
  3. I have spent in the past to much money to get a case for my iPhone. I found pictures and a video on YouTube and tried these myself. The first in I made was Cherry. To thin and to soft, it broke when I dropped it. Next was walnut and it came out pretty nice. Next was worm eaten ash and I really like it. The grain is beautiful. Next I’m going to try hickory as soon as it warms up in the garage. Thanks for looking.

  15. My brother told me about the carter stabilizer-I bought it and love it. It is well worth the money.
  16. Great work, I am listening to his music quite often also. After you did the last one of JT I started looking for more to work on. I would like to do one of him and one of Crosby Stills Nash an Young. I think that one would come out good also. Thanks for sharing.

  20. I’m gonna look at buying the whole set. Makes more sense.
  21. Sorry I uploaded that from my Iphone. I'm not sure why it didn't show the video.
  22. So this is pretty much the same as the dewalt? It's older than I thought. I bought it in 2018 and it is one made in Taiwan. So it was at the wood store as the display and used a lot longer than I thought. 2017 was when it started being made in China? The replacements at Seyco should be a match for my saw- I'll check with them. Thanks for the help I really appreciate it. The only thing I'm nervous about is I replaced all of it on the Dewalt and still couldn't get it to run right. It was a type one.
  23. IMG_2736.MOV I got this a year or two back. It was the demo and I don’t know how much it was used. . I just noticed it starting last night and is louder today. Is the main bearing loosing grease and going bad and am I gonna have to replace it? The bearings are going in the lower front too? If I do where can I get the bearings, am I gonna have to do it all like I did with my Dewalt? Is it as easy to do as my dewalt was? I used my drill press to push old ones out. thanks for helping. Interesting idea, it looks great.
  25. I confess, I'm a hoarder too. There is no cure. I have kept every little piece I have (almost). I'm out of room and some is just leaning against the tables. When they were little my daughters would tell me, " what a mess daddy, what a mess " I just stack the small pieces on top of the other pieces. I'll cut something out of it sooner or later.
