ONELUNG Posted April 27, 2017 Report Share Posted April 27, 2017 this is two parts the eagle is one and the words another after cutting them out of card stock use painters tape covering the white paint the red and blue dries that spray with glitter spray. glue the two parts together .When I cut them out I stack cut them in 25 at a time.
