I posted this when the forum first started, but I thought I'd ask again and see if I could get some suggestions from y'all.

This forum is called Intarsia/Segmentation. Unfortunately, it is a little limiting as I also want to open it up to similar artforms like lath art, inlay, marquetry, and mosaics. These artforms share many of the design principles such as grain direction and/or color to depict an image or pattern. So throw on your thinkin' cap, because I'm stumped. Waddya think?

Travis: Don't know if this would help, but you can give it a Try...

Sub Catagories... Example...

Scroll Saw Art Forms

L Lath Art

L Topics

L Segmentation

L Topics

L Intarsia

L Topics

This would give you a Subcatagorie of all the Art forms as far as Scroll Sawing Art forms or Work of Art. The ONLY Problem i would see with this method, Is that people may get a little Frustrated having to click on each Topic or Subcat in order to get to the post, meaning clicking on Scroll Saw Art Forms > Lath Art > Topics > Then the topics under that.

Other then that, It might work... Of course.. Just a Suggestion like you said... Don't know of the titles would Stick, Not good at Topic Names.

maybe something like 'Other assorted woodworking'  or maybe   'what else you like to do'  or  'My other wood loves'  or    ' Scrolling isn't the only woodworking I like'

Maybe none of these suits your fancy and I am not good at off the cuff ideas but for what it is worth, here are my suggestions.
