I learned several "what not to do" tip finishing these...I have a bit of trouble finishing some pieces, when it comes to stain color combonations, On the 2 hummingbirds, I now wish I would have kept the birds a flowers light and made the backer dark...oh well, life and learn....I also learned that trying to hand paint tiny puzzle pieces is much harder than it would appear.....I will sand the autism one down and redo it in a different way... Thanks again to Russell for designing what I had in my head, it turned out great "except for the finishing part"

Loren,no loss a quick sanding of the birds will lighten them up and then clear coat if you like.Yes puzzles can be very time consuming ,maybe food coloring would speed it up for you instead of paint,Your doing great work and i appreciate your showing  us your projects your doing so well.
