Scrappile Posted August 25, 2016 Report Posted August 25, 2016 Both are very nice. The inlay material looks like it could be Corian. Certainly Corian would work and think of all the possible colors one could use. Quote
GPscroller Posted August 25, 2016 Report Posted August 25, 2016 Very nicely done, I also love the inlay one. Jeff Quote
dgman Posted August 25, 2016 Report Posted August 25, 2016 Nice work Tony! So how did the cutting of the Rosewood go? Quote
tonylumps Posted August 25, 2016 Author Report Posted August 25, 2016 Nice work Tony! So how did the cutting of the Rosewood go? Dan it cut easier than I thought.FDUR7did the trick.Cut slow and steady. That is a Heavy cross Quote

Certainly Corian would work and think of all the possible colors one could use. I used Inlace. I angle cut the figure and set it in about 3/16 .Glued the figure is place and filled in with the liquid Inlace.Sanded both sides and sealed it with Lacquer.I watched Steve Good use Inlace in one of his Videos. He used it on a key chain. That is where you need to use a real mask with a good filter when sanding that Inlace.
