Clayton717 Posted October 20, 2016 Report Posted October 20, 2016 I moved it for you. I wish I was closer I have a friend looking for a good saw. Quote
Lucky2 Posted October 20, 2016 Report Posted October 20, 2016 Clayton, if you had just given him the info on where to post it, he could have posted it there with the selling info included. I tried to tell him where to post it twice, but, for some reason my replies didn't go through. Len Quote
GrampaJim Posted October 20, 2016 Report Posted October 20, 2016 Ouch!!!! I am an hour away from you, but just blew the budget on a dust collector. Otherwise I would be VERY interested. So I will have to pass. Jim Quote

Rubsterwine Posted October 20, 2016 Author Report Posted October 20, 2016 MY scroll saw is an Excalibur EX 21, on a stand, foot control, LED magnifier, some spare blades and extra blade holders. I would like to get $600 for all. I live in Fond du Lac, Wis. Thank You guys for sending my post to the correct area, I really do appreciate that. Quote

amazingkevin Posted October 23, 2016 Report Posted October 23, 2016 I just moved from milwaukee in 1963 or i would have walked over and picked it up. Quote
SCROLLSAW703 Posted October 24, 2016 Report Posted October 24, 2016 If you don't mind me asking, why are you selling your excaliber? From all the talk, & as hard as they are to come by, my impression from EX owners is they can't be beat. I'm a Hawk owner myself, & wouldn't part w/it under any circumstances. A friend of mine just recently purchased a new EX, & hasn't made his mind about it yet. I've never been around one personally, so I'm not able to say anything about them, only what I've read. Again, I'm just curious. Thanks for your time. Quote
GrampaJim Posted October 24, 2016 Report Posted October 24, 2016 Steve, road trip to Wisconsin? Then we'll arm wrestle for it when we get there. ;-) Give me a shout when you get to Wisconsin and I will meet you guys for coffee. Jim Quote
Rubsterwine Posted October 24, 2016 Author Report Posted October 24, 2016 It is a spare scroll saw, I really don't have the room for two saws and my wife doesn't like that I have to much money wrapped up in a hobby. Quote
Lucky2 Posted October 25, 2016 Report Posted October 25, 2016 If the exchange rate wasn't so high 35%, and you weren't so far away, I would buy it for a spare. But that 35% really is a killer, you have to want something really bad to pay it. Len Quote
Jim McDonald Posted October 25, 2016 Report Posted October 25, 2016 Maybe a few hundred miles closer and I would jump. But, as was said earlier--you should be able to move that quickly. Quote
Rubsterwine Posted November 23, 2016 Author Report Posted November 23, 2016 The scroll saw is sold. Thank you to everyone Have a nice Thanksgiving Quote
