this was a custom order and the client sent me the pattern so i am sorry i do not know to whom i should give credit.

i love luan. if you take your time and use a reverse blade all 8 layers are usable and fits glued in a dollar tree frame. 

the frame here was about 30 years old i bought in an estate sale.

 

 

delivered 2 of these in matching frames and the other 6 will go in $1 frames. i had to hot glue the figure to the bottom of the frame or it would move about.

You cut 8 of those without a problem. That;s good. 1/8 luan x 8 = 1 inch. What size blade did you use.

this one had wide lines so it was a #3 spiral reverse. took 2 blades.

Very nice cutting, and getting eight at a time is a real bonus, it lets you charge less per cutting.

well there was plenty of space in the pattern so i used two #3 sp rev.

yes, when i do a custom cut and stack i sell the extras for the same price that was paid for the order. my fear is that the client would see it cheaper where ever i might sell them.

Looks like an interesting piece to cut. I believe I too would choose a spiral to cut this one,  Nice pattern
