Popular Post Zoot Fenster Posted June 8, 2021 Popular Post Report Posted June 8, 2021 Reaching the end of the Wise lesson book. Yellowheart, mahogany, butternut, curly maple, walnut and some exotic wood for the ground. Wise describes this project as "slippery", meaning the pieces shift around easily. I normally shape everything, then edge glue, but it was easier to work this one in sections. The hat, boots, pants and face/body were separate glued sections. Then interconnecting pieces were cut to fit. Gloss for the hat/boots and satin PU for the body. Fun project. Next up, Cross with Lilies. Thanks for looking.
