wombatie Posted September 22, 2021 Report Posted September 22, 2021 Well it did for me. We had a 5.8 earthquake this morning. We are hundred of Kilometers from the eppi center but it still bought walls and trees down not far from us. Real scary. But my family and hubby and I are fine. Charlie E Posted September 23, 2021 Report Posted September 23, 2021 Glad you're OK. Several years ago I woke up to the sound of the finials on the top of my poster bed rattling. First thing I thought was I was being haunted. Turned out to be a small earthquake. Rare in Alabama. wombatie 1 Quote

amazingkevin Posted October 10, 2021 Report Posted October 10, 2021 (edited) I used to watch a man load dynamite in to a hole in the ground... walk a few feet away lower his arm and hand as the signal to ignite the load. The ground rose i bit with him on it .That's his kicks for the day!!! Man made earthquake. They were busting up coral roch 18' below the surface so they can lay pipe for a new community Edited October 10, 2021 by amazingkevin spelling Quote
