My wife is an artist and has painted many pictures of heron through the years. We have over 11 herons types that live  here in North Carolina year around here. Most on our coast. I showed this to my wife and she said (and I agree) " Beautiful..  outstanding art work, excellent". A few years back I made a ship hatch cover (re-production) that my wife painted a Great White Heron. She sold it for a lot of  $$$ at a fine art show. If I can find the picture I will post it.
