RJ, get in your car and start driving. That is a very good price for a great saw. Make sure to ask for all the blade hokders and the Hegner wrench for tightening/loosening the clamps. If you get that stuff, there will be no other out of pocket except for a CV boot kit to fix the bellows and whatever it costs for a Loc-Line kit for the blower. You won't be disappointed. It's a great saw.

I got mine 30 years ago brand new for 500 dollars with a stand and quick release and I am still using it....

An aquarium air pump kit can be gotten for about $30 and will come with a hose to run from the pump to the blower.  Those pumps are dead silent.
