Charlie E Posted Sunday at 05:51 PM Report Posted Sunday at 05:51 PM (edited) Haven’t done one of these in a while. Can you identify this crooner? He always makes me smile. ***Paul, @Fab4 got it with Nat King Cole. I wouldn’t have picked this piece of oak out because of the busy grain, but it was a piece I had left over from making a threshold and he’ll just be on my wall so I can live wth it. Smile! Scrappile Posted Monday at 12:03 AM Report Posted Monday at 12:03 AM (edited) Us Pauls know our old music. No doubt to me Nat, used to be one of my favorites. Great cutting! Great song with a great message. Edited Monday at 01:51 AM by Scrappile Fab4, Charlie E and ChelCass 3 Quote

Great cutting! Great song with a great message. One of the most soothing voices ever. I had always heard Charlie Chaplin wrote Smile, and I hated that because he was apparently not a good man at all, marrying teenagers, treating women badly and such. I love the lyrics and it tainted it for me thinking he wrote them. Turns out he did write the music but not the words. Silly I guess but I’m glad Scrappile and Fab4 2 Quote
Hudson River Rick Posted 5 hours ago Report Posted 5 hours ago @Charlie E Charlie, if there were an All Star Team for scrollers, you would be the first person on it. You keep on knocking 'em out of the park. Thanks for sharing. Rick Scrappile 1 Quote
