  6. Glad to see that you are getting situated Rusty. Heating your shop is going to be tricky, fumes and sawdust issues however that sounds like you have a nice space to set up in. Looking forward to possibly seeing your new shop once you get it set up DW
  7. Oh yes this is my pattern. All my banks have been my design. It is quite fun designing and then making them. DW
  8. I have a customer that wanted me to make him a Buffalo Bank or 3. This is the first one of the set. Cut from pine and painted with water based acrylic paints. The bank is 9 1/2 inches long, 7 1/4 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches thick. Finished with shellac. DW

  14. There is a blade lube, however it has limited use. Bees wax works well for a blade lube. Painters tape believe it or not works well. Try this .. get a scrap piece of cherry draw two puzzle pieces on it on one side of the scrap piece just the bare wood on the other blue painters tape cut them both. The one with the tape will not have any scorching the one on the bare side will tend to have scorching. Point I am making is that the painters tape works well as a lube. The same with packing tape. DW
