  10. Very nicely done projects. I can understand where you are coming from about the attention thing, I am very similar. I have a project that I have been working on and off for a year now... it will get done one of these days. DW
  11. Kevin with Food Coloring and Denatured Alcohol you will need to test a piece as it can be a little weird to use the first time. Other than that it is fairly simple to use. As for taking good quality pictures make a box about 2 feet on a side.the sides, top and back are all open. Drape a white sheet over the box leaving the front open. Arrange strong lighting to shine on the box from the sides and top. The sheet will cause the light to spread out and give you an even light for when you take your pictures. DW

  23. Great work. Salvaged wood is the best. Some of the bowls I have made in the past have been from salvaged wood and the gain turned out fantastic. Your owl looks great. I can see why other want one too. Thanks for sharing this with us. DW
