    i have a few routers including a dremel, but don't use it much due to the size restrictions . it is handy for thin stock as others have said, but i rarely use it. my go to router is my Dewalt compact router its small and has plenty of power. other than that I use my router table. for the cost of a dremel and the router base, I would get a compact router.

    Here's how I store mine. The first pic is the rack that hangs behind and above my saw within arms reach. just pvc pipe with the one end plugged. The next one is a box with trays that I usually keep a couple dozen (still wrapped in the wire) of each size in the trays. The last picture is the tubes in the bottom of the box that holds the rest of the blades. Each labeled with sizes. Don't mind the dust on the box. The box was made from a pattern by DW, I just enlarged it a little.

    No this pattern was made by and purchased from Charles Dearing. there is another pattern similar that is a little more detailed I saw on the internet that could be Jeff's.

    Just finished another project for our county fair. This one is called Founding Fathers. The pattern is by Charles Dearing. It measures 16" x 24" (without frame) and is cut in 1/8" Baltic Birch ply. I cut using new Flying Dutchman spirals # 2/0 and # 1. I normally don't use spirals but with the size of this I didn't have much choice. I made the frame from pine and burnt it. Update - this placed first in the fair for major scroll work
