I'm with Dan on this one. I wouldn't chance it. If the blades catch it just right your are going to have plastic chunks flying everywhere. -

that looks pretty cool. I've turned corian but haven't cut any on the scroll saw. Any problems when cutting, did it heat up and stick back together?

I have only used an electric one. The woodworkers guild has one we use to mark our community projects. It takes a fair amount of pressure to get it stamped good and the handle gets hot. We wear a glove when using it. The torch heated one, as stated above draw back would be a getting an even heating.

I normally use a number 5r blade for thinner material. And use the smaller blades just for the areas where I need a thing kerf line.
