  4. Great cutting, Charlie, My only concern over this cutting is that I think the grain really distracts from the cutting itself. Just my humble opinion and my personal observation. I really like the grain near the top that makes it look almost like the fore-arm is continued in the grain pattern but, the rest of the grain is a bit distracting. I really like the patterns you select to cut and you do a wonderful job on all of them. I don't intend to sound negative or critical. Hopefully no hard feelings. God Bless! Spirithorse
  5. Well done! Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse
  6. Nice work! Lots of variety. I really like the scrollsaw version of the yin yang with the mountains and the tree. I did an intarsia version of that designed by Garnet Hall. God Bless! Spirithorse
  7. Good deal! Keep up the good work and keep us posted. God Bless! Spirithorse
  8. Your friend is certainly going to love this, Paul! Amazing work! Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse I know there is only about 1/16th" difference in the two woods you are using but, are you going to have to change the tabs when you make the final cuts on the outside edges? Just curious and wondered if you had considered that yet.
  9. Nice work, Chuck, I think the hands pattern may be by @Kenny Hopkins but, I could not access his site to double-check. Thanks for sharing and God Bless! Spirithorse
  10. I really like that green for some reason. It just appeals to me. Good luck and God Bless! Spirithorse
  11. Thanks for all the replies everybody and @kmmcrafts the pics did help. My original question was, for example, was it designed to cut the bride and groom out of 1/2" for example and cut the wings as a separate piece out of 1/8" and then slide the wings so they wrap around the bodies. God Bless! Spirithorse
  12. Looking forward to seeing your finished project, Paul, God Bless! Spirithorse
  13. Has anyone cut a pattern by Sue Mey that she titled Guardian Angel of Matrimony? https://www.scrollsawartist.com/guardian-angel-of-matrimony-en.html I was wondering if the wings have to be bent to go around the bride and groom or am I seeing an optical illusion? Thanks and God Bless! Spirithorse

  22. Thank you very much, Frank! @frankorona and thank you @dgman for your vote of confidence. Russell's @Birchbark pattern shows me that I should have sort of framed the paws with a black cut-out. Seems to give better definition. God Bless! Spirithorse
