  1. So, what brand of saw did you purchase? You posted that you were interested in two different brand of saws, I would like to know which one you bought? Plus, where on earth is Unk, I checked out your map, but there's no names of places on it? Len
  2. Geez, Rocky, if that's all you have to apologize for, then you lead a very boring life. I can only imagine the other names he's been called in the past, personally, I think your golden. Len
  3. Nicely done Spiridos, what was this Saint known for? Len
  4. Cute letters Dan, and an even cuter granddaughter. How many of the letters did you make, the whole alphabet or just enough for her name? Len

    Tools

Nicely done Al, a sign like this one would be perfect for most auto mechanics. They're fanatics about anyone touching their tools, especially the older mechanics. Len
  6. Nicely done Del, the flame and cross fit together nice and tight. Len
  7. Carter was an awfully nice guy, he always had time to help others out. I know I will miss seeing more of his work, most of it was amazing to look at. R.I.P. Carter, you will be missed. Len
  8. Thanks Dan, cool video. Len
  9. Dave, this sure is an outstanding cutting, it's beautiful. Len
  10. Kragax, if you sandwich it between two layers of MDF or plywood, you can cut it with almost any blade you want to use. I wouldn't use an upcut type of blade, but any other type should be fine. As long as the copper is thin, you shouldn't have any issues. If you're worried about wasting or ruining the copper, why not try some trial and error? Len
  11. Roly, they all look like they would be good sellers for you, hopefully you'll sell out. Len
  12. Dave, it may have taken a couple of tries, but you mastered it in the end. It's perfect, and I would happily put your inlay work up against anybody else's. Nothing against Jim's work, it's just that I've seen more of yours. Len

Nicely done Terry, your stepson should be pleased with it. Len
  14. Outstanding inlay work Jim, it's a gorgeous tissue box cover. Len
  15. Nicely done Monti, you have excellent glue-ups on those stars. Len
  16. Nicely done Bobby, it looks like your getting ready in a hurry. Do you have a finish coat of any kind on these pieces, in the picture it looks like unfinished wood? Len
  17. Brian, I think you're just being to hard on yourself, it looks to be done perfectly fine. I'm not much of a pig fan, but this one is really cute. Len
  18. Melanie, I know what my eye issues are, I had cataract surgery done four years ago and the new lense was not placed as it should have been. As soon as the bandage was removed from my left eye, I told them there was an issue. They didn't think much of it, and they told me to give it a couple of days to see how things were then. Well they have not gotten any better, and I'm still waiting to have the issue solved. It is very frustrating, I haven't been able to use my scroll saw since the surgery. My left eye was my prominent eye, and I can't get used to using my right eye even with a patch on my left one. So, it really sucks. Len

As soon as my eyes are well enough for me to use the saw again, this will be one of the first pieces I cut. Nicely done Aggie, I love it! Len
  20. Paul, what happened to your EX, did you sell it or wear it out? Or, were you not quite satisfied with the saw, and you decide to buy a Seyco? Of course there's one other option, did you buy the new Seyco saw out of loyalty to Seyco? There has to be some reason for switching from an EX to a Seyco saw, maybe you just wanted a spare saw? Len
  21. Thanks Iggy, the reason for my question, was that the puzzle pictures didn't load. They did this time, so, all is well. Len
  22. Pete, your K-9 pieces look great, but where are puzzles from Scott? Len

    Nicely done. Len
  24. PVM, I love the look of this piece, I make these all the time. Have you ever seen the Nativity scene one, that Volker has out? It's a large sized one, and it looks amazing when finished. I've made a few of them so far, they are popular with everyone who sees them. There's a lot of work that goes into cutting one of them, and they pull in the big bucks. I usually sell the Nativity scene ones for $150.00, and I have people waiting for me to make them one. I can't right now, because I'm seeing double out of one eye. When I can see properly to be able to use the saw, I have four of them to make for orders already placed. I urge you to look up the Nativity pattern, you will probably like it a lot. Len
  25. Monti, that sure is some outstanding work, your inlay work is amazing. Len
