    Cool. When I opened it on my tablet using Google Chrome I got a pop-up to cover to English. Seems to work well.

    Also take a look at some of the newer and smaller dust collection systems. Probably a lot cheaper than buying a new vacuum every few years.

    For me it doesn't look like water so I would paint it black. You did such a fantastic job on the cutting it needs nothing else.

    Fantastic work!! Are there two drawers, or does the one drawer slide out to either side? I've always wanted to make a chess set but I'll wait until I retire.

    I watched a rifle maker (is there a term for that?) do some inlay on the stock. He used various types of fine wire to embellish the wood. I guess one could incorporate it in some work. Oh, I toss mine too. No hording in our house, except for wood and sawdust.

    Here's what I found is the best fit. This is cut from paper so I'm not sure if it will work when cut from wood, but I may try it and share results. The white piece was flipped to fit. The center piece may also fit better if flipped.

    This is a Steve Good pattern. I've seen @smitty0312 work with crackle paint and wanted to give it a try. I'm surprised at how easy it is. It took a few tries to get the crackle like I wanted it but I like the outcome. This is not yet assembled but I wanted to share it because I'm bad at showing my work. This will go in our kitchen.

    Well, I think I figured it out. Yes, you can take the pieces from the pentagon and arrange them in the star. One piece from the star will need to be flipped over to finish the octagon. I printed the star and octagon and cut them out. Now I think I will make one. Thanks for all of your thoughts and inputs. And thanks Jim for the pattern. It's pretty cool. I'll post a photo of the paper cutout, but first I'll let you guys try it.

    I have a Brother all-in-one laser, model HL-3180 CDW. A crappy printer for photos but it does provide me with accurate circles. At this point I can only suggest the following method: Put you right foot in, take your right foot out. Put you right foot in and shake it all about. If that doesn't work If you do that your prints may not be accurate, but you can do the Hokey Pokey.
