Here it is , hope you like - reason for the painted Razorback is there was a big wad of wood filler on the hoof and it just wouldn't cover up with the stain I applyed - so we came up with the idea of painting the Razorback and I think it turned out raither well . Got to do what you to got to do in some instances - this one is going to be mine and I'm planing on bringing in the house Saturday - to give a couple of more days of cure time . The three coats of Min-Wax High Gloss Poly made it shine like water in a pool - and thats what I wanted and some great protection too for long term . Have some friends that like this painted Razorback bench one better than the plain Routered one , ....any comments are welcomed ........MB

This is a work in in progress and I"ll re-post later with the finished pictures , I was just planing on making this bench for me with the Routered outlined look and just clear coats on it . But things happen as life does , but my wife did the paint job on this Razorback for me while I was at work one evening - she did good work on it . But when I get the two or three coats of high gloss poly applyed I'll re-post and tell why this one got the paint job . Any comments are welcomed ..............MB

Made these for a close friend and a brother-in-law that I"m going to deliver to there doorstep on Saturday March 17 . The Cardinals bench was my first try at it =after all the hard work - I sure hope they are pleased , I have just two more benches and I'm retireing from these backbreakers , it the hardest part stripping and sanding them just getting them to the stage of Routering and staining and them clear coating . I have another Razorback bench waiting on the clear coat right now . And it's for me too......keep in mind that these benches were given to me and I have made wise use of them for gifts for family and friends.I am very happy to do these benches for my family and friends , but I'm also glad to be getting close to being done with them too ..and also ready to get back to the scrollsaw which is my passion .. Any comments are welcomed ....MB
