Personally i would never attempt to stack cut dual 3/4" woods ,maybe balsa but not hard woods.Experience is the best teacher !

Beautiyful job frank ! Perfect heart shaped cuts can't be all that easy,but you mastered them ! Well done sir.MDF if very bad for your health but is great to cut.Wear a good mask when working with it.There is so much toxic glue in it to hold it together and formeldahyde is in there to(embalming fluild)Zen scrollers get the job done and get it right.!Wonderful job FRANK,keep them coming !!! :) :thumbs:

It might be to high of an air pressure from the spray gun .I like 25 30 pounds but changed to the hlvp type gun it's only 5 pounds of air and does quality finish work on cars or cabinets or our projects90 per cent or better of what you spray go on the project to
