I love it, You have all the toys I'd like to play with. Ah the joys of having a shop! Shut the phone ringer off, Hang a gone fishing sign on the front door and zone out with some quality shop time. Nothing better than self gratification, creating something from nothing! Thanks for accommodating my request so quickly !

I have cut perfect straight lines with spirals 3 foot long.I used my finger as a fence and slide the wood along it .The JOHN 3:16 i did in my galley is the one im talking about.this project was in pine white wood

To trivet or not to trivet that is the question,lol i have use for one now.And yes the hot meals will be coming more often now,lol Very nice solid workings you did here.My friends scrap hard wood barrel get unloaded often.It's getting tough to find were t put it all now at home,so i had to buy garbage cans to keep them sorted in,walnut,cedar,oak,poplar,pine,mahogany etc. He buys trailers full out of state cheap.He loves me taking it all that way he doesn't have to lug it to the street!

Don't worry about staying exactly in the middle of the cut line.that will only slow you down.If your out an 1/8 inch nobody knows but you .And when you finish the project just try and find your mistakes.They all blend in the mix of things.If you wander off just ease back in slowly so it blends nicely.Sometimes you'll have to make the same mistake on the other side to match it up with the pattern.i change things as i go. It all comes from lots of fun experience. Do things yhat interest you like the foord name your wifes name etc that helps in the beginning.Thanks for joining,so jump on in and make lots of friends,looking to see lots more of you and your work ENJOY !
