  2. For the longest time now ,maybe since 2007,I've toyed around with the idea of using a router table to eat up the edges of intarsia items to give a quick shape and cut down on all the sanding dust concuring

  4. Here you go! I used my finger to imitate a fence and could scroll a straight line with a spiral 3' long.My John 3:16 in pine was the one I'm talking about .Many passes 3' long on this one in white pine.
  5. Dremil has a mini chuck that screws on the Dremil it's self.I would venture to say it will hold a hair drill bit

  8. as always you've got to put your foot down and make that decision right or wrong.hopefully you'll chose the lowest way out.Harbor freight has drum sanders i chose for a song.i did my best looking intarsias with them.try the lowest price things just to get the ball rolling .you can always sell but for me i'll never have enough tools .when the recession hit i gave away 3.5 tons of tools and did'nt bat an eye .google how to make what you want .you'll be surprised what with fill the bill for you.

  17. i've done several dollar bill puzzles with 61 pieces in 1/4" and 1/8" dog puzzles,8" x 10"- i do in 3/4" plywood and are self standing.sounds like your on the right track.
