    drove me crazy as i'm not a think ahead kind of guy in wood.Everything sounded ok in my head but nothing went as planed. This was a 4 hour ordeal,If i'd used the pin nailer from the beginning i could have cut the time way in half.She needs a box 4"x20" to put a cake on for display? for a wedding? 1/8" wood with 1/2" glued supports in the edges and corners with the scroll saw and 4" end cuts.

    Yes ,The clamps made all the difference in the world.I couldn't find my coin cutting jig and revers the holding blocks so a trip to the big box store cured that.I'm a happy camper now and if i'd stop nibbling food which puts me to sleep i could knock out a box full of these fast.They are so delightfully cute and heart warming to own.I can't wait to add the little birds and stain or paint .Looks like my supply of bronze eye end screws is going to have to be replenished very soon. :D
