  1. Already did that. Ebay has some for $4.00 each. I'll pass on those. They will eventually get them back in stock.
  2. If the 99cent store carries Crafters Square products then they might have these planks. LMK please.
  3. Thanks Kevin, I have been all thru DT's wood section. They have everything but those planks.
  4. I am always on the lookout for wood for my ornaments. I found these 3" x 7" wood planks which I think might be popular (not sure). I found them at of all places Dollar Tree. So I bought two packages. Today I did a test cut. Yikes! The wood cuts like butter, there is next to nothing in sawdust and sanding is minimum. There are 6 plank in a package for $1.00. Dang I should have bought more. Went to the website hoping to buy a case and of course they don't have any..................Crap now I have to go to all the Dollar Tree stores near me a see if I can find more.
  5. Nope Hubby didn't find anything he doesn't already have. He has a workshop full of toys. I am running out of ideas of what to get him for Birthday or Christmas.........lol
  6. I did a smaller version a week or so ago and finally got around to painting it. The Bigger one Needs to be stained or painted yet. The streaks are the grain in the wood. These are a lot of fun to cut.
  7. Hubby and I went to LL Johnson yesterday, it's a good hours drive but the weather was beautiful and perfect for a road trip. Hubby headed to the Machinery section and I bee lined it to the wood Section.......................Talk about a happy camper. $60.00 dollar later I had a nice little pile of lumber. Since I do mostly ornaments and refrig magnets I buy the 5-6inch width boards.
  8. Hi Neighbor, I used to live in S.E. Michigan, Trenton to be exact, now in Central Michigan. I know you don't drive but you might want to check out LL Johnson Lumber in Charlotte, Mi. They have some beautiful wood. They do have curbside pickup so maybe you can subscribe to their catalog www.theworkbench.com and then have someone drive you there. I have bought wood from them and always been very satisfied with it . Prices are reasonable.
  9. We have several of Jim Croce's cd's on one is a song *The Ball of Kerrymuir*. It was a rather *naughty* song for the 70's. I crack up laughing ever time I hear it. However I do have a warped sense of humor. Thanks for sharing Jim's Portrait.
  10. Try using popsicle sticks for making fencing. Just square off the ends.
  11. Well Hi stranger, Haven't heard from you in a long time. Hope all is well. Happy 2021.
  12. Couldn't resist.................I just had to cut it.
  13. I have 3 saws. My craftsman (which I love) is in my craft room upstairs, that is my *go to saw*. My old $18.00 yard sale find is in my husbands work shop. He uses it instead of coming and asking me to cut something for him. My Hegner is in my work area in our barn, I use that when I am outside in the warmer weather.
  14. Beautiful. Russ has some awesome patterns. I'm so glad he shares them with us.
  15. Those are next on my list to be cut. Super cute.
  16. Thanks Dick, I love those little guys, have a decent collection of them. I also make the soft verison.
  17. Two of my latest projects
  18. E6000, I use it all the time. Just need to give it time to cure.
  19. Bob was the lead Lineman where my husband works. Whenever the guys had a problem they would always say *what would Bob do* It got to be a joke after he retired this year (30 years). So I thought I would make a sign for the new Leader to hang over his desk.
  20. Here is the end product of the sign I made for the workers at the company hubby works for. I hope they get a good laugh out of it. Thanks again Don for doing the letter patterns for me. They worked perfectly.
  21. Decided to make this for me. Took me two days to cut. Normally it would take a hour max, but with my eyes bothering me so much I can only scroll for a very short time. Now I just hope my niece doesn't snitch it. She's a huge BigFoot fan.
  22. ok these are not scrollsaw but these are gifts I am give to my Secret Santa's in my Facebook gardening group.
  23. Thank you everyone for the lovely ornament patterns. This year we were able to find a charity that supports women who are down on their luck and women who are just coming out of prison and need to go to a transition house to enter back into society.
  24. John Denver.
