kevin I don't know about a gallon just add some not much and see what happens. You know how to take apart a 2 pieces glued togather . soak them in vinager it will soften the glue. I had about a cup of glue that got too thick to use and added about 3 oz. of vinager and it works fine.sorry about tyhe late anser but I have beenoff the computor for some time ike

I have a problem with my saw blade. It's hard to tell which is the proper way to insert them so I have a nerrow ipiece of plywood and with my square I draw lines ply. tthen after inserting a new blade I cut dthe line if the saw is leading to the left side the blade is in correctly, but if it leads to the right I have the blade in upside down I then change the blade. IKE

I have these once in a while when that happens I up the speed or get a new drill bit, and use a drill press when possible then a plunge router with my Dremmel IKE

I had some tight bond glue go bad on me ,It was very thick and it was late in the evening so I tried somethin I added a litttle vinigar to it and the next AM i shecked it and I am still luseing the glue. I dont throw away anything unless I have to. IKE

I started wood working in the mid 60's with 10 fingers in 1995 I ended up with 9 1/2 fingers and am stil do;ing woodworking.I guess I will keep doing it till I die. IKE

I have a delta. I liked it bettre than the dewalt, but it is under warentee I called thej they told me where to take it ,50 miles away.That was july 9 2020. almost 4 months I called the repair shop and thy said that they have called them 3or 4 times and the parts are on back order.I called friday and delta said that they were nding th parts to the repair shop. So with this experance i can not recomend the delta If I were to do it over I would have tore into the saw myself I am sure that I can get the parts over the internet. IKE

I have cut up to 5 X 3mm with no sweat useing Olson #5 match blades It does take a little longer but you do get 5 piecdes 5this all depends upon the patternIKE

What everis most confort. I have had my saws up in the back and some not I personally can't telll much difference, to each his own but try it .

I use nothing but Russian Bultic Berch ply i/4 in. cost about $22 per %X5 sheet and the 1/8 cost about $17 for a 5X5 sheet I just cut 3 dog pictures with no backing sheet stacking 2 sheets, useing Olsons match blades wiht no tearing out.I have an XL 21 useing aa meadium speed but On fretwork 11X14 in I use a underllayment boyyom sheet. I cut allmy fretwork on 1/8 B B PLY . very seldom do I get any terr out on the underlayment After several hours work I want all the insurance I can get, IKE
