My father in law liked to paint for his (( birthday I made him a wooden card out of 1\2 popular and the first thing he did was paint it. He died last spring and I now have the card back and it is on display in our hutch with pride. She will really appreciate it. IKE

I enjoy these shows. I enjoy talking to the customers. I don't do many per year this year it only 5. Scroll saw is something that there is vey seldom any compaction, I had one show this year with a scroll saw compaction and I sold $260 at it. I have don production work in a machine shop all my working life so that isn't a problem. I did lighted Christmas trees this year and no body had ever seen them before and I had a few single items at my booth.I enjoy it.

Work Hold Down For Used Saw - New to Scrolling?

I bought a new saw and before I ever made a cut on it I removes the hold down. I have been scrolling off and on for the last 30years and have never got a nick from the Scrolls saw. Now a table saw is a different story I removed half a thumb on it. -

If the project is too big for my saw I have the perfect solution DO SOMETING ELSE. I DO NOT LIKE SPIRALS. JUST COLL ME OLD SCHOOL

What I do when I get it this situation is go to the liquor store and buy a5th of rum A lime And some coke sit there till I get almost Three sheets to the wind go to bed get up in the morning and have a little of the dog that bit you and you will be OK. I know that isn't for every body but it works for me.

Welcome to the village. You have a top of the line scroll saw. some simple advice - 1 let the blade do the work you just guide it - 2 wax the table - 3 Use a good blade not a big box store blade. Now we need pictures of what you have made and your saw. you will like it here -
We are going out for our turkey, We use to have a large Family get together at the church fellow ship hall, but since Mom and Dad are gone we have been going out. If I het home in time I will go to the shop and cut a little. wishing you all happy Thanksgiving

Well on Saturday I have a craft sale and what I sell I will be working on for my last sale on Dec 13. so I could be as busy as I have been this last week replacing things sold on Nov 20. I am finishing up those tonight and Friday .
