I HAVE USED A #5 ON 3/4 WOOD AND HAVE HAD NO BURNING CUTTING A 90^ CUT. ( POPULAR WOOD) WITH MYDW 788

I HAVE A CRAFT SALE COMING UP ON THE 20TH I AM TAKEING NATIVITY SCENES AND A FUEW OTHER ITEMS /THIS SALE IS A FREEBY AND THEY FURNISH LUNCH, IT IS AT A RETIREMENT CENTER/NURSING HOME li USEALLY DO A LITTLE BETTER THAN $100 NOT TOO BAD BEING A FREEBY AND FREE LUNCH. THE MAIN THING IS THAT I ENJOY IT IF I DON;T SELL ANYTHING I WILL GO BACK NEXT YEAR -
I am ok if it is above 40* I have an electric heater that keeps it pretty warm, It is the first couple of coldspells that really get to you.

for the last 2 years I have sold nativity scenes. not $600 at a show but they go really well. -
They didn't say. The Mechanic had already left for the day and the counter didn't know so I guess I will never know. so I will recommend for every body to get a back up .

about a week ago my dw 788 started to make funny noises and wouldn't cut straight so I took it to the repair shop. They finally got it back to me today I am glad because it was still in warranty just barely. So I can go back cutting except the cold front is coming thru maybe I will get out and make something during the 44 * weather. I am now going to some auctions and get a back up saw. hind sight is 20/20

so would I , My wife says get what ever you want but I know that she would be a little P.O ed . even though she has more purses than anybody in our neighborhood.

I paid $499 for mine mew at HD and they still have them for that price w/o stand, if it is a good one you should be able to get it for $250

I would just as soon not make special orders . 99% of the time it isn't quite what they wanted. I sometimes wonder if they know what they wanted, at a show I give them a card and tell them to e mail me what they want that way you have it in whitening what they want.

IF YOU HAVE IT FUSED CHANGE THE FUSE, SOMETIMESTHE FUSE WILL ALOW THE METER TO CHECK OK BUT NOT ENOUGH JUCE GETTING THRU TH START THE SAW, I HAD THT PROBLEM ONCE,
