I have a switch that comes with a scroll saw which one I don't j know With your foot on it it runs take tyour foot off it stops. i also have a adaptor on it so I can hook up my vac.to it. I have seen them from $13 a Harbor Freight ot $30 at the wood shops

Just finished moving my saw inside....

I do my cutting in a 8X12 shed. easy to heat with a electric heater. i don'dt work when the temp. gets below 38 * F. I have 3 outside flood lights for lighting which helps. IKE -

Did you try peck drilling . that is drill a shallow hole backing out to clear the wood chips On a 1/2 stock I would make about 3 pecks with the drill. i would use a good brad-point drill and don't go all the way thru . just far enough so the point breaks thru, turn the board over and drill from the other side where the point has broke thru. I am I assume that you have a drill pres, Other wise you will not have much control of what you are doing. If not go to sears and buy one .IKE

I tried a puzzle today and no matter what i did I couldn't get it to cut perpendicular . I don't know if it was the blades or what i had no problems yesterday. so I guess I will try nest week , i am just going to give it a rest.. I have a sale Saturday, and another one the following Saturday at my church. IKE

The craft show is finished I had a good day but I really worked the customers. Total sales was $269.00 I tried something new I tried Dog puzzles . Didn't do too great on them but that's Ok. the main sellers weere Nativity 's Now I have a good day Saturday and every thing will be worth it I used my good camera to the cell phone..

My Great Grandfather served in the civil war ( union side) Then I was the next to serve . i served in the Navy my son served in the Army and my Grand son served in the navy.. do not regret it IKE

I had my DW788 in the repair shop 2 years ago and it took them 3 weeks to get it back to me. I made it thru it but when i found a DW 788 type one at a garage sale i bought it . the cost was $150. i haven't used it yet , but it is still there waiting in reserve. IKE

I have told first time scrollers to save the first project for a year and do it over then compair. That always makes them otf there improvements. IKE
